I was very fortunate with all the people who rented from us in 2007-they were good-decent people (except for one or two) . Although it was hard work to keep up with a very demanding chore, I had a lot of fun doing it.
However, this year I will not be able to continue renting because of a number of reasons. First, we have decided to keep the condo on the market until it sells, as you all know, it might take some time at today's market.
Second and best of all, my husband has finally found the boat of his dreams and we purchased it in Florida las September. We are in the process of planning our trip up the Ocean and ICW to bring it home.
We will soon be navigating the Cheasapeake Bay and the Ocean City Shores! So if you see a 42' Hatteras "Argonaut" (it came with that name and we are keeping it), it's us. Stop by or wave to us!
